From the first moment we met her at an open house she made an impression with her professionalism and approachability. We later reached out to her to sell our home and she was with us every step of the process from A to Z. Not only did she know exactly what she was doing, but she also had a team of a very talented stager and an excellent photographer, which makes a tremendous difference when selling a home. These combined to make a really strong entrance to the market and gave us a competitive edge from the start. Although our house listed just as the market was beginning to soften, right after the beginning of the school year, with Laura as our realtor we had great success. We ended up getting two offers, at listing price, when home prices around us were dropping.
